Royal Ascot 2016: Where to Eat

Attending Royal Ascot 2016 in person?  If so, lucky you - it is in incredible experience!  While the races are obviously the highlight, you are going to be feeling peckish sooner or later.  What can you eat?  There are lots of choices.  Check them out.

Royal Enclosure

• Windsor Greys: Restaurant in the Royal Enclosure Gardens serving afternoon tea and meals
• Tailors: Grab-and-go food in the Royal Enclosure Gardens
• Hatters Cocktail Bar: Bar in the Royal Enclosure Gardens
• Bit & Bridle Cocktail Bar: Cocktail bar on Level 4 of the Grandstand
• Lavazza on 4: Coffee lounge located on Level 4 of the Grandstand (no alcohol)
• Frankel bar: Bar located on the Concourse of the Grandstand
• Horsewalk Inn: Bar located on Level 4 of the Grandstand
• Mill Reef Bar: Bar located in the Royal Enclosure Gardens

The Windsor Enclosure

As you can see, increased food options are actually one of the main reasons to spend more money on tickets to attend Royal Ascot at the Queen Anne Enclosure.  Your options are relatively restricted at the Windsor Enclosure.

If you can, figure out what you want to do about food before you head to Royal Ascot.  Make bookings as early as you can.  Even though these are high-capacity restaurants, hundreds of thousands of people attend Royal Ascot each year.  That means that reservations go fast!
